This project nestled in a forested neighborhood for our client in Ann Arbor, Michigan is an excellent example of a collaborative and multidisciplinary design effort with Pentagram and Sun River Builders where Pomodoro Design headed the structural design, custom fixtures, AV coordination, 3D visualization and professional photography. The project consisted of remodeling the late 1950s case study home with a third floor addition as well as creating a new separate garage with entertainment area above and a new writer's studio towards the back of the property.

This project with CNA Group of Shanghai, China focused on creating a unique hotel within a 50m height limitation. A "dancing building" was achieved by rotating each floor 3 degrees, enabling the hotel to have an ever changing appearance as you walked around it.
