Interior animation produced by Pomodoro Design for Mars-Venus Interior Design.

    Pomodoro Design (previously 4c design studios) collaborated with Ronit Eisenbach, Peter Sparling, and Terri Sarris to explore intersections of place, memory and identity through architecture, dance, video and poetry. Displayed at the Detroit Institute of Arts and published in I.D. magazine. Pomodoro Design headed the structural design, detailing and fabrication oversight for this installation. We also were involved in helping solidify the design with the use of 3D models, renderings and animations that were later used for fund raising.

As a result we were given an extremely tight budget for all upgrades including 5 workstations, conference room and printer area. We managed to meet the budget and give this new office a fresh look our client was looking for.

Our client, Force by Design needed an expanded office for their growing business and wanted to find a balance between the lower noise levels of private offices and the fostered collaboration of an open office. Working with FBD, we developed the team office concept where groups could work closely togther while minimizing the overall noise from the rest of the office by maintaining walls. In order to foster interaction between groups, the doors to the team offices were removed and the openings widened.
