This commercial office tenant improvement was our client's first office in Michigan where they were testing the waters. As a result we were given an extremely tight budget for all upgrades including 5 workstations, conference room and printer area. We managed to meet the budget and give this new office a fresh look our client was looking for.

   This commercial office tenant improvement is currently under construction. Our client, Force by Design needed an expanded office for their growing business and wanted to find a balance between the lower noise levels of private offices and the fostered collaboration of an open office. Working with FBD, we developed the team office concept where groups could work closely togther while minimizing the overall noise from the rest of the office by maintaining walls. In order to foster interaction between groups, the doors to the team offices were removed and the openings widened.
